The correct option is C 16 : 15

Let the money int out (a) 5% = x
Therefore money int out (a) 8% = 1550 - x
Total SI for 3 years = $=x.\frac{5}{100}\times 3+(1550-x)\times \frac{8}{100}\times 3=300\frac{15x}{\text{/}100}-\frac{24x}{\text{/}100}=300-\frac{1550\times 24}{\text{/}100}9x=1550\times 24=30000x=\frac{7250}{9}=800\&1550-x=750\therefore Ratio=\frac{800}{750}=\frac{16}{15}$
