The correct option is C 12
Simple Interest $S I = \frac{P N R}{100}$
Given, $A m o u n t A = 3 P$
$=> P + S I = 3 P$
$=> P + \frac{P \times 3 \times R}{100} = 3$
$=> R = \frac{200}{3}$ %
Now,
For , $A m o u n t A = 9 P$
$=> P + S I = 9 P$
$=> P + \frac{P \times N \times \frac{200}{3}}{100} = 9 P$
$=> \frac{2 N}{3} = 8$
$=> N = 12$ years
