Hence $10\%$ of $360$ will be $36$

so,

$\frac{\angle }{360}=\frac{10}{100}$

or

$\angle =360.\frac{10}{100}$

or $\angle =\frac{3600}{100}$

or

$\angle =\frac{36}{1}$

Hence Sector angle is $={36}^{\circ }$
