The correct option is C 7:12 a.m.
In 1 minute pool is being filled=1 inch
Then in 60 minute pool is being filled=60 inch
12inch=1feet
60inch=6012=5feet
remaining 1 feet means 12 inch that will take 12 minute .
So total time to fill the tank is 1 hr 12 minute
Hence tank will fill at 7:12 a.m.
