The correct option is A 941 Hz
Given: r=70 cm ,Speed of sound =352 m/s,ν=5 rev/s,f0=1000 Hz

Velocity of source is given by,
vs=rω=r×(2πν)=70100×2×227×5
vs=22 m/s

Minimum frequency is heard by the obserber when the source is going away from it, so,
fmin=f0(vv+vs)=352×1000352+22

fmin=941 Hz
Hence, option (C) is correct.
