let the speed of $A$ and $B$ are $x,y$

From the given conditions

$\frac{30}{x}=3+\frac{30}{y}...\left(1\right)$

$\frac{30}{2x}=\frac{30}{y}-\frac{3}{2}.....\left(2\right)$

$\left(1\right)-\left(2\right)⟹\frac{30}{2x}=\frac{6+3}{2}⟹x=\frac{10}{3}⟹y=5$
