If PA =13cm then find the length of the tangent.

$\because {PA}^2={PB}^2+{AB}^2$

$\Rightarrow {\left(13\right)}^2={\left(5\right)}^2+{AB}^2$

$\Rightarrow AB=\sqrt{169-25}=\sqrt{144}$

$=12$
