The correct option is B 24 sq.units

Comparing the equation x218+y232=1 with x2a2+y2b2=1 we get,
a2=18 and b2=32

y=mx±a2m2+b2

y=43x±18×169+32

y=43x±64

y=43x±8

3y=4x±24

4x+3y=±24

Now, for x-axis y=0
4x=24
x=6
for y-axis x=0
3y=24
y=8
Now, area of ABC=12×6×8=24
