Given:
Dimensions of the cube are:
$10 m \times 8 m \times 7 m$

Volume of a cuboid is given by the product of it's dimensions. Hence, volume of the tank is:
$V = 10 m \times 7 m \times 8 m$

Since the tank is half full, volume of the water in cuboid is:
$V^{'} = \frac{V}{2}$
