The teacher generates a wave pulse with different amplitudes.
Amplitude is anyway unrelated to the speed of the wave. So, speed will be the same in both cases.
Since velocity will be the same for both the wave pulses, we conclude that both wave pulses will reach at the same time.
Therefore, Wave A and Wave B both will reach at the same time.
