Number of students =4
Number of red balls =36
Number of blue balls =28

For red balls
Number of balls with each student = Number of red balls ÷4
=36÷4
=9 balls
Hence, each student has 9 red balls.

For blue balls
Number of balls with each student = Number of blue balls ÷4
=28÷4
=7 balls
Hence, each student has 7 blue balls.

Difference = Number of red balls with each student - Number of blue balls with each student.
=97
=2
Therefore, each student gets 2 more red balls as compared to the number of blue balls.

Hence, option D is correct.
