Let y = Multiple Choice questions
Then as per the given statement form equations,
$x+y=20$ ----- (1)
$3x+11y=100$ ----- (2)
Multiply the equation (1) by 11 and then subtract the equations (3) and (4), we get
$11x+11y=220$ -----(3)
$3x+11y=100$ -----(4)

$8x=120$
$x=\frac{120}{8}=15$
Therefore, there are 15 yes/no questions.
