The correct option is A not freeze into ice
A test tube containing water which is surrounded by melting ice can't freeze into ice because first of all after some time both water and melting will be at 0oC. And while water is converted into ice it releases heat and there is nothing which can absorb latent heat of fusion which is released by freezing water.
