The correct option is A 1000
$Voltage output of thermopile = 150mV$

$∴ Voltage output of one thermocouple = \frac{150}{3} = 50mV$

$∴ Emf - temp relationship \Rightarrow V_{o} = 50 T μ V$

$∴ 50 m V = 50 T μ V$

$\Rightarrow T = \frac{50 m V}{50 μ V}$

$∴ T = 1000^{0} C$

Note: Since the connection of thermocouple is not mentioned by default it is chosen as series.
