The amount water initially = 0%

Then milk is removed and pure water of 100% is added to get 28% (100% - 72%).

So, the allegation cross is
So, the ratio = 72 percent28 percent=187
Hence, the amount of milk stolen = amount of water added =718+7×300=84 litres.
