The correct option is D 103
We have k2 for hollow sphere as 23r2 and that for solid cylinder as r22.
And time taken by the body to reach the bottom of the inclined plane is given as- 2l(1+k2/r2)g sinθ.
Thus we get the ratio of the times as  1+23 1+12

Which reduces to 103.
