Given, breadth = 4 cm.
$\therefore$ 2 $\times$ length + 2 $\times$ 4 = 20 cm
2 $\times$ length + 8 = 20 cm
But we know that 12 + 8 = 20
So, 2 $\times$ length = 12
We know, 2 $\times$ 6 = 12
So ,length = 6 cm

The length of the rectangle made from the given wire is 6 cm.
