The correct option is C BA=BC
Magnetic field produced by toroid inside the core of toroid means at point B is given by

BB=μ0Ni2πr

But at point A, i=0

BA=0

And we know that outside the toroid, magnetic field is not exist.

BC=0

So finally we get

BA=BC=0; BB=μ0Ni2πr
