Outer Dimensions of park

$l=50+2+2=54$

$b=36+2+2=40$

Area of track $=lb-l^{\prime }{b}^{\prime }$

$=\left(54\right)\left(40\right)-\left(50\right)\left(36\right)$

$=2160-1800$

$=360m^2$.
