Marked price $=Rs4,600$

$1^{st}$ Discount$=Rs(\frac{10}{100}\times 4600)=Rs460$

$\therefore$ Selling price $=Rs(4600-460)=Rs4140$

$2^{nd}$ Discount $=Rs(\frac{8}{100}\times 4140)=Rs331.20$

$\therefore$ Selling price $=(4140-331.20)=3808.80$
