Therefore,

$distance=speed\times time$

$Distance=60\times 3.5=210Km$

Now, $speed=80Kmh{r}^{-1}$ and distance is same.

$time=\frac{distance}{speed}$

$=\frac{210}{80}=2.62hrs$

So if it will moving with the speed $80Kmh{r}^{-1}$ it covers the same distance in $2.62hrs$.
