The correct option is C 30 Hz
Given : vs=72 km/h=72×10003600=20 m/s

δ=480 Hz

v=340 m/s

By doppler effect formula

δ=δ(vv0vv3)

=480(340034020)


=480×340320

=510 Hz

So, δδ=510480=30 Hz

So, apparent increase in frequency is 30 Hz
