Solution

The correct option is A 1mV
By taraday's law,
Einduced - dϕdt
ϕ=B.A=|B||A|cosθ
Here θ=0 so,
ϕ=B.A
dϕdt=dB.Adt=BdAdtAdBdt
As B is constant, dBdt=0
=dϕdt=B.dAdt
Here, dAdt=dlbdt=ldbdt+bdldt
b(breadth) of the train is not
changing it a length that is going
into the field is varying with speed
90km/h(25m/s),so.
dAdt=l(0)+bv=(1)(25)=25
so,dϕdt=(0.4)×104×25=103v
Einduced =103v=1mv
Option - A is correct.
