Frequency received by guard is

n0=n0 v0(v+v0 cosθ1)(v+vs cosθ2)
v = 330 m/s
Here, v0=vS=v3, cos θ1=35, cos θ2=45
n=n0 (v+v3×35)(v+v3×45)
=(65×1519) n0=18 n019=1800 Hz
