Speed of train $=120kmph$

$=\frac{120\times 5}{18}$

$=\frac{100}{3}m/sec$

Let 'x' be the length of platform

Now,

$\frac{Lengthoftrainandplatform}{Timetakenincrossing}=\frac{100}{3}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{320+x}{24}=\frac{100}{3}$

$\Rightarrow 320+x=\frac{24\times 100}{3}$

$\Rightarrow 320+x=800$

$\Rightarrow x=480m$

$\therefore$ Man's speed $=\frac{480}{4\times 60}=2m/sec$
