For banking of tracks, the purpose is to settle the requirement of necessary centripetal force at the curve, through the component of normal reaction.
Applying equation of dynamics along centre of circle:
Nsinθ=mv2r ...(i)
Balancing forces in vertical direction gives:
Ncosθ=mg ...(ii)

Dividing Eq.(i) and Eq.(ii)
tanθ=v2rg ...(iii)

Putting v=10 m/s r=100 m g=10 m/s2 in above equation:-
θ=tan1v2rgθ=tan1100100×10=tan1(110)

Hence option A is the correct answer.
