$\because 4.5km/hr=(4.5\times \frac{5}{18})m/sec$
$=\frac{5}{4}m/sec=1.25m/sec,$
and $5.4km/hr=(5.4\times \frac{5}{18})m/sec$
$=\frac{3}{2}m/sec=1.5m/sec$
Let the speed of the train be $x$ m/sec
Then $(x-1.25)\times 8.4=(x-1.5)\times 8.5$
$⟹8.4x-10.5=8.5x-12.75$
$⟹0.1x=2-25$
$⟹x=22.5$
So, speed of second trian $=(\frac{45}{2}\times \frac{18}{5})kmph$
$=81kmph$
