The secondary current, Is=Ipn

Where, n=5005

Is=7500×5500=75A

Relay current setting = 125% of 5A = 1.25 × 5 = 6.25 A

Plug setting multiplier (PSM) =756.25=12

Using data in characteristic table is

Operating time corresponding to PSM = 12 is 2.8 sec (at TMS = 1)

Operating time of relay = 2.8 sec × 0.4 = 1.12 sec.
