The voltage in primary or secondary coil of a transformer is proportional to the number of turns in the coil.

Hence $\frac{V_s}{V_p}=\frac{N_s}{N_p}$

where $V_s,N_s$ are the voltage and number of turns in secondary coil respectively.

$V_p,N_p$ are the voltage and number of turns in primary coil respectively.

Hence $\frac{2000}{200}=\frac{N_s}{10}$

$⟹N_s=100$ turns
