The correct option is A 0.1 mho
Given:
Base-emitter voltage, ΔVBE=20 mV=2×102 V

Change in base current, ΔIB=20 μA

Current gain, β=100

So, β=ΔICΔIB

ΔIC=βΔIB=100×20×106=2×103 A

Now, transconductance,
gm=ΔICΔVBE=2×1032×102=0.1 mho

Hence, (A) is the correct answer.
