The line-of sight can be calculated using the following equation:
dm=2RHt+2RHr
Where,
dm = distance to radio horizon (miles)
Hr = height of RX antenna (feet)
Ht = height of TX antenna (feet)
R is the radius of the Earth
Hence, dm=2×6.4×106×32+2×6.4×106×50

=640010+800010

=1440010=45.5 km.
