Y=5 and v is +ve
Y=Asin(ωt+ϕ),v=Aωcos(ωt+ϕ)
form above equation we get ωt+ϕ=π/6
ω=2πμ/λ=2π/5
so v=Aωcos(ωt+ϕ)=π3/50
