The correct option is D A and E
This is a sin wave and can be given by y=Asin(ωt).
So the velocity can be given by v=dydt=Aωcos(ωt).
Hence, the amplitude of the velocity is maximum, when cos(ωt)=±1 i.e. ωt=0,π,2π etc.
So, the point/points which have maximum magnitude of velocity are A, and E.
