m=Tv2=100(100)2

=0.01=0.01 kg/m

Pave=2π2mvr2f2

=2(3.14)2(0.01)×100×(0.5×103)2×(100)

=2×9.86×0.25×106×104

=19.7×0.0025=0.049 watt

=49×103watt=49 mW
