The correct option is B 0.02m
Wavelength is λ=v/f=100/500=0.2 m

Let the wave equation be:
y=Asin(kxωt+ϕ)

Given, y=0 at t=0,x=0
0=Asin(ϕ)
ϕ=0

Also, y=0.02 at t=0,x=0.25
0.02=Asin(2πxλ)
0.02=Asin(2π×0.250.2)
A=0.02 m

At t=5×104 s and x=0.2 m,
y=0.02sin(2π×0.20.22π×5×104×500)
=0.02sin(2ππ/2)
=0.02 m
