The correct option is C 51
Let us construct the required triangle as follows:

Step 1:
Draw a line segment of QR of length 6 cm.

Step 2:
Draw an arc of 4 cm by taking Q as centre.

Step 4:
Draw an arc of 7 cm by taking R as centre.

Step 3:
Mark the intersecting point as P.

Step 4:
Join Q, P and Q, R to get the required PQR.


Now, by above construction we see that the angle opposite to the side of length 4 cm is R.

Using a protractor, we see that the measure of angle R is 51.
