Solution

The tRNA has four different region or special sites that are amino acid attachment site which occurs at 3' end of tRNA chain and has OH group combined with the specific amino acid which in the presence of ATP form in aminoacyl tRNA
The site for activating enzyme is the DHU loop which dictates the activation of the enzyme.
The anticodon is a codon recognition site. This site has three unpaired base whose sequence is complementary with the codon in mRNA.
Ribosome recognition site-this helps in attachment of tRNA to the ribosome.
