The correct option is B

10a + b = 5(a + b)

10a + b = 5a + 5b ....(1)

5a = 4b

Putting 5a = 4b in (1), we get

10a + b = 4b + 5b = 9b i.e. multiple of 9.

Hence, dividing the number by 9 gives 0 as remainder.
