The correct option is B 35
Let the unit digit be x
Then, the tens digit will be 15x
According to the question,
10×15x+x+18=10×x+15x

9×15x+18=9x

x22x15=0
x25x+3x15=0
x(x5)+3(x5)=0
(x5)(x+3)=0
x=5 as digit cannot be negative
Hence, the number is 35
So, option b is correct.
