Now the pressure along the horizontal line will remain same.
So $P_{1} = P_{2}$
$ρ_{o i l} 15 + ρ_{c c l_{4}} (C - 15) = ρ_{w a t e r} C$
$0.8 \times 15 + 1.6 \times (C - 15) = C$
$C = 20 c m$
