The moment of inertia of the circular disc about its diameter is
I=14Mr2=14(0.200kg)(0.04m)2
=8.0×105kgm2.
and the angular momentum about the axis of rotation is
L=Iω=(8.0×105kgm2)(20 rad/s) = 16×104 rad/s.
