Moment of inertia of a cylinder about an axis passing through centre and normal to circular face, I1=MR22
Moment of inertia of a cylinder about an axis passing through centre and normal to its length,
I2=M[L212+R24]
But I1=I2
MR22=M[L212+R24]
R22=L212+R24R24=L212
L=3R
