Solving for Equivalent resistance

Since it is an equilateral triangle, R1=R2=R3=6Ω

The circuit can be redrawn as :

As the 2 resistances are in series the equivalent for them is Rs=6+6=12Ω

The equivalent resistance is,1Req=112+16

Req=121+2=123=4Ω

Hence, option C is correct.
