Taking any position at a distance x from A.


From F.B.D. of strip PC :


Mass of element PC=m=ml(lx)
Radius of rotation of strip PC :
r=x+(lx)2=(l+x)2

Here,
T=mω2r
T=ml(lx)×ω2×(l+x)2
T=mω22l(l2x2)
T=mω2l2(1x2l2)

Now,
TB=mω2l2(1l24l2)=3mω2l8
(x=l2 for B)

Similarly, Tc=0 (x=l for C)
