Writing the impulse equation for particle J=m(v0)...(i)
for rod JRA=mvcenterofmass...(ii)
Assuming the rod started rotational motion with angular velocity ω
vcenterofmass=ω×l/2
Writing angular impulse equation about point A
J×l2=IAω...(iii)
Solving three equations we get, RA=J4=mv4
