The correct option is C 2 : 1

Vertical equilibrium $\sum F_Y=0$,

$T_1+T_2=w$ .........1

Taking Moments about point 'O',

Clockwise moments = Anticlockwise Moments;

$T_1\times \frac{3L}{4}=w\times \frac{L}{2}$

$\therefore T_1=\frac{2w}{3}$ .......2

Solving equations 1 and 2,

$\Rightarrow T_2=\frac{w}{3}$,

$\therefore \frac{T_1}{T_2}=\frac{2}{1}$
