explain the bold words. how can low pressure can suck off particles ?

Dear student,
Air moves from higher pressure to lower pressure therefore if we create lower pressure in the vaccum then dust particles move along with the pressure gradient inside the vaccum cleaner. ''Creates a low pressure inside the device'' means vaccum is created or low pressure area is created due to which air from higher pressure moves towards lower pressure area, dust particles also moves along with it.
