Given a is collinear with b. then there exists a scalar t such that a=tb
We have b=6i8j152k
thus a=tb=6ti8tj15t2k

Now if a makes an angle θ with the positive z-axis then

cosθ=a.k|a||k|=15t2|a|

Since θ<900 then cosθ=15t2|a|>0t<0

Now |a|={36+64+t2(2254)}=30

t2=16t=4 as t<0

Hence a=24i+32j+30k
