C.P of one lemon $=Rs.\frac{25}{12}=Rs.2.08333333$
S.P of five lemons $=Rs.12$

S.P of one lemon $=Rs.\frac{12}{5}=Rs.2.4$
Gain $=$ S.P $-$ C.P $=(2.4-2.08333333)$ $=Rs.0.31666667$
$\text{Gain}\%=\frac{\text{Gain}}{\text{CP}}\times 100\%$
$=\frac{0.31666667}{2.08333333}\times 100\%$
$=0.152000002\times 100\%$

$=15.2\%$

Hence, vendor gain $15\%$.
