Cost price of each dozen $=12$

Number of dozen $=25$

Total $CP=12\times 25$

$=Rs.300$

Three dozen are thrown away and $10$ dozen sold at $Rs.18$ per dozen.

$S{P}_1=18\times 10=180$

Now, vendor will be left with $25-3-10$ that is $12$ dozens of banana. In $1$ dozen there are $12$ banana. So,

Total banana left $=12\times 12$

$=144$

These are sold at $Rs.1.25$ per banana,

$S{P}_2=1.25\times 144$

$=Rs.180$

Total $SP=S{P}_1+S{P}_2$

$=180+180$

$=Rs.360$

$\text{Profit}\%=\frac{SP-CP}{CP}\times 100$

$=\frac{360-300}{300}\times 100$

$=\frac{60}{300}\times 100$

$=20\%$

Hence, the vendor made a profit of $20\%$ after selling the bananas.
